Observer Status

Overview

Observer Status is designed for individuals who wish to explore Nurusalem, understand its structure, and access selected informational content and limited platform features before applying for Full Citizenship. Observer Status is not citizenship and does not grant citizen rights, professional credentials, voting privileges, governance participation, or national representation.

What Observer Status Allows

Observer Status enables individuals to:

• Explore the Nurusalem digital nation and its ecosystem

• Access selected informational resources and limited platform features

• Understand citizenship pathways, benefits, and responsibilities

• Prepare for a future upgrade to Full Citizenship

What Observer Status Does Not Include

Observer Status does not grant:

• Citizenship rights or legal recognition

• Citizenship credentials

• Voting, governance, leadership, or ambassador eligibility

• Inclusion in national registries or official representation

Upgrade to Full Citizenship

Observers may apply to upgrade to Full Citizenship at any time. No new application is required. Where applicable, professional verification will be completed using the information already provided during the initial application. Applicants are only required to pay the applicable Full Citizenship fee and complete any additional verification requests, if requested. Observer Status holders are not eligible for Founding Citizenship.
