Officially formed on 1 January 2026, Nurusalem operates as a non-territorial digital nation and does not claim sovereignty over any country or replace any national citizenship. Through its structured digital citizenship framework, formal governance system, professional councils, education and training platforms, career and job pathways, welfare and support structures, and global professional networks, Nurusalem provides global recognition, verified professional identity, career advancement, leadership development, ethical standards, and cross-border professional mobility, contributing to stronger healthcare systems and improved quality of care worldwide.
