The institutions are designed to serve nurses worldwide while respecting the laws, sovereignty, and legal systems of all countries. They do not replace national governments, regulators, or public authorities and do not claim territorial or political sovereignty.
The Nurusalem Nurses Army (NNA) is a global professional humanitarian institution of Nurusalem. The NNA coordinates voluntary participation of nurses in responses to pandemics, public health emergencies, disasters, and large scale health crises. It operates through collaboration with governments, institutions, and international bodies, subject to applicable laws. Participation in NNA activities is voluntary and governed by established policies.
The Nurusalem Nursing Council (NNC) is the professional regulatory institution of Nurusalem. The NNC manages professional registration of nurses within Nurusalem and maintains professional standards. Only nurses registered with the NNC are eligible for inclusion in the Nurusalem Registry. The NNC does not replace national nursing councils, licensing authorities, or regulatory bodies.
The Nurusalem Financial Services Authority (NFSA) is responsible for internal financial governance within Nurusalem. The NFSA manages Nurbit and other internal financial systems, reserves, and contributions in accordance with financial policies and applicable legal standards. The NFSA does not function as a bank, investment institution, or public financial regulator under any country.
The Nurusalem Citizen Protection Services (NCPS) is an internal support and protection institution of Nurusalem. The NCPS assists nurses and citizens facing professional abuse, crisis situations, exploitation, or emergencies by providing support, guidance, and coordination. The NCPS does not exercise law enforcement or judicial powers.
The Nurusalem Foundation is an internal charitable and humanitarian institution of Nurusalem. The Foundation provides scholarships, grants, and financial assistance to nurses in need and may support humanitarian and medical assistance initiatives in accordance with governing policies. The Foundation operates independently of political or commercial interests.
The Nurusalem Digital Identity Authority (NDIA) manages the digital identity systems of Nurusalem. The NDIA oversees the issuance, verification, renewal, and security of the Nurusalem Citizen ID (NCID) and related digital credentials. It ensures data protection, system integrity, and responsible digital governance.
The Nurusalem International Relations Authority (NIRA) manages the external relations of Nurusalem. NIRA coordinates engagement with governments, institutions, councils, international organisations, and multilateral bodies. NIRA operates in accordance with diplomatic principles while fully respecting the sovereignty and legal systems of all countries.
The Nurusalem Student Council (NSC) is a representative and advisory council constituted for Student Citizens. The NSC addresses student welfare, academic matters, training concerns, and provides advisory input on education and professional development policies. The council operates in accordance with eligibility, appointment, and governance rules defined by policy.
The Nurusalem Associate Council (NAC) is a representative and advisory council constituted for Associate Citizens. The NAC addresses professional integration, collaboration needs, and associate related concerns and provides advisory input to governance bodies. The council operates in accordance with eligibility, appointment, and governance rules defined by policy.
The Nurusalem Professional Council (NPC) is a representative and advisory council constituted for Professional Citizens of Nurusalem. The NPC addresses professional practice matters, workforce concerns, career development, standards, and policy related issues affecting Professional Citizens. The council provides advisory input to governance bodies and operates in accordance with eligibility, appointment, and governance rules defined by policy.
The Nurusalem Veteran Council (NVC) is a formal advisory council constituted for Senior and Veteran Citizens. The NVC provides guidance on professional legacy, ethics, mentorship, leadership continuity, and institutional wisdom. It addresses welfare matters and challenges faced by senior and veteran nurses and provides recommendations in accordance with governing policies.
Nurusalem Nursing Research Council (NNRC) is responsible for nursing research coordination and research governance within Nurusalem. The NNRC supports, guides, and oversees nurse-led research initiatives, knowledge development, and evidence-based practice in accordance with Nurusalem’s charter, ethical guidelines, and research standards. The NNRC does not function as a university, degree-granting institution, clinical trial sponsor, or national research regulator under any country.
All institutions of Nurusalem operate under the oversight of the Government of Nurusalem and the Premier of Nurusalem. Institutions are required to coordinate with one another to ensure alignment, efficiency, and coherence across the nation. Governance concerns, compliance matters, or institutional disputes may be referred to the Judicial System of Nurusalem.
