The Office of the Premier

The Office of the Premier shall exist on an interim and temporary basis during the launch phase of Nurusalem and shall function as the Head of Government during this period. During this phase, the functions of the Office shall be exercised through the interim governance framework of the Government of Nurusalem. The primary functions shall include coordination of ministries, oversight of appointments, coordination of citizenship structures, overall governmental coordination, and the structuring and formation of governmental institutions. Upon completion of the official launch, the Premier shall be formally appointed by the Government of Nurusalem in accordance with its governance framework and constitutional procedures.
