The Office of the President

The Office of the President shall exist on an interim and temporary basis during the launch phase of Nurusalem. During this initial phase, no formal or acting President shall be appointed, and all functions and powers ordinarily vested in the Office of the President shall be exercised by the Government of Nurusalem through the interim governance framework. The Office shall function solely as a structural institution to support continuity, coordination, and the establishment of national frameworks. Upon completion of the official launch, the President shall be formally appointed by the Government of Nurusalem in accordance with its governance framework and constitutional procedures.
