The Office of Governance

The Office of Governance shall operate during the launch phase of Nurusalem to provide oversight of the Charter, Code of Ethics, and foundational governance principles. During this period, the Office shall be responsible for institutional oversight, governance compliance, and the alignment of emerging structures and authorities with established constitutional and ethical frameworks. Upon completion of the official launch, the Office of Governance shall be developed into one or more ministries, Directorates General, or equivalent governance bodies, and integrated into the permanent governmental structure of Nurusalem in accordance with its governance framework.
