Nurusalem Registry Policy

Article I

Purpose and Authority

I.1 This Policy establishes the framework governing the Nurusalem Registry, an official professional registry within UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem, hereinafter referred to as Nurusalem.

I.2 This Policy derives its authority from the Charter of Nurusalem, the Constitution of Nurusalem, the Citizenship Framework of Nurusalem, the NCID Policy of Nurusalem, and the Professional Passport Overview of Nurusalem.

I.3 The Nurusalem Registry functions as an official professional registry within the Nurusalem governance and service ecosystem.


Article II

Nature of the Nurusalem Registry

II.1 The Nurusalem Registry is a professional verification, visibility, and reference system for nurses.

II.2 The Registry does not replace or override national nursing councils, licensing bodies, professional regulators, or statutory authorities.

II.3 Inclusion in the Registry does not constitute legal licensure, immigration status, or governmental recognition under the laws of any country.


Article III

Eligibility for Registry Listing

III.1 Only nurses registered with the Nurusalem Nursing Council (NNC) are eligible for inclusion in the Nurusalem Registry.

III.2 Registry eligibility is subject to professional verification, ethical compliance, and adherence to Nurusalem standards and governing policies.

III.3 Eligibility criteria may be reviewed, revised, or updated in accordance with authorised governing policies.


Article IV

Registry Number

IV.1 Each individual listed in the Nurusalem Registry shall be assigned a unique Nurusalem Registry Number.

IV.2 The Registry Number serves as an official professional reference and verification identifier within the Nurusalem ecosystem.

IV.3 The Registry Number may be linked to the Nurusalem Citizen Identification (NCID) and the Nurusalem Professional Passport for verification and validation purposes.


Article V

Registry Information

V.1 The Registry may contain verified professional information, credentials, and status indicators as permitted by governing policy.

V.2 Displayed or accessible information shall be limited strictly to professional, verification, and identity-related data.

V.3 All Registry data shall be collected, stored, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable data protection, privacy, and security principles.


Article VI

Use of the Registry

VI.1 The Registry may be used for professional verification, visibility, recognition, career development, global mobility support, and institutional engagement within the Nurusalem ecosystem and with recognised partners.

VI.2 Registry information may be accessed by authorised institutions, employers, or partners, subject to consent, verification protocols, and formal agreements.

VI.3 Misuse, misrepresentation, unauthorised access, or unauthorised use of Registry information is strictly prohibited.


Article VII

Suspension and Removal

VII.1 Registry listing may be suspended, restricted, or removed in cases of professional misconduct, ethical violations, loss of eligibility, or breach of Nurusalem policies.

VII.2 Affected individuals shall have the right to notice, review, and appeal in accordance with established procedures and due process principles.


Article VIII

External Recognition

VIII.1 Registry verification may be accepted or recognised by external employers, institutions, or organisations at their sole discretion.

VIII.2 External recognition of the Nurusalem Registry does not imply governmental, regulatory, or licensing authority of Nurusalem or UNN.


Article IX

Amendment and Validity

IX.1 This Policy may be amended in accordance with established governing procedures.

IX.2 This Policy shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable unless amended or superseded by authorised constitutional or governmental authority.
