Founding Declaration of Nurusalem

Preamble

We, the Founding Authority of Nurusalem, hereby declare the establishment of Nurusalem, officially known as UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem, as a digital professional nation for nurses, dated this First Day of January, Two Thousand and Twenty Six (January 1, 2026), recording the collective intent to recognize, unite, and advance the global nursing profession through ethical governance, professional identity, and structured collaboration.

Declaration of Establishment

Nurusalem, officially established as UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem, is hereby founded as a digital professional nation for nurses, operating through its own government, institutional systems, professional citizenship, and internal law, without territorial borders or claims to physical sovereignty. Nurusalem exists to serve nurses across countries and cultures, in full respect of all applicable national and international laws, and in service of humanity and public health.

Founding Purpose

The founding purpose of Nurusalem is to:

• Unite nurses worldwide under a shared professional nation
• Uphold ethical standards, integrity, and excellence in nursing
• Strengthen professional identity, recognition, and public trust
• Support education, leadership, research, and lifelong learning
• Enable collaboration with institutions and governments for the advancement of nursing and global health

Authority and Continuity

Nurusalem shall operate in accordance with its Charter, Constitution, and duly adopted governing policies. This Declaration affirms Nurusalem, officially UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem, as a continuing digital professional nation, capable of institutional development, global collaboration, and long term service to the nursing profession.

Formation
