IX.1 This Charter may be amended in accordance with procedures defined in the Constitution of Nurusalem.
X.1 This Charter is adopted as the foundational document of UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem and serves as the supreme guiding instrument for all governance, policies, and institutions of the nation.
