Nurusalem Founding Citizens

Overview

Nurusalem Founding Citizens are the first officially approved citizens who lay the foundation of Nurusalem – The United Nurses of Nurusalem (UNN). This status recognises early contributors who become part of the nation at its inception.

Founding Citizen Limit

The Founding Citizen status is limited to the first 1,000 approved full citizenship applicants of Nurusalem.

Founding Period

Founding Citizenship shall be granted exclusively to the first 1,000 full citizenship applicants globally. Applications shall be accepted from 10 January 2026, commencing Friday at 9:00 a.m. New York, USA time, as officially opened by the Government of Nurusalem. Once the limit of 1,000 approved citizens is reached, the Founding Citizen category will be permanently closed, and all subsequent approved applicants will be recognised as Regular Citizens of Nurusalem.

Eligibility Criteria

– Only full citizenship applications are eligible for Founding Citizen status.
– Applicants must successfully complete the full application, verification, and approval process.
– Only approved citizens are recognised as Founding Citizens.
– Observer status, provisional status, or incomplete applications are not included in the Founding Citizen category.

Global Scope

Founding Citizenship is open globally and is not limited by country, region, or nationality. Eligible nurses from all parts of the world may apply during the founding period.

Founding Citizens hold a permanent and distinct recognition within Nurusalem. Their contribution represents trust, commitment, and leadership at the birth of the nation. Founding status may be acknowledged through national records, certificates, and future historical references of Nurusalem.
