Supreme Court of Nurusalem

The Supreme Court of Nurusalem is the highest judicial authority within the digital judicial system of Nurusalem. The Court operates as a digital court system, responsible for the interpretation of Nurusalem law, constitutional review, appeals, and internal dispute resolution conducted through secure digital processes. Decisions of the Supreme Court are final and binding within the Nurusalem legal system only. In exceptional and rare circumstances, a decision of the Supreme Court may be overridden only by the Government of Nurusalem, acting through a formally recorded decision, where such action is deemed necessary for the protection of the constitutional order, institutional integrity, or fundamental interests of Nurusalem. Any such override is extraordinary in nature, shall not be used as a routine mechanism, and must be supported by written justification, transparency, and formal record in accordance with governing procedures.
