Voting & Representation Policy

Article I

Purpose and Authority

I.1 This document establishes the voting rights, representation principles, and participation rules within UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem, hereinafter referred to as Nurusalem.

I.2 This document derives its authority from the Charter of Nurusalem, the Constitution of Nurusalem, and applicable governing policies.

I.3 Voting and representation within Nurusalem are professional and institutional in nature and do not replace or affect national civic or political rights under any country.

Article II

Principles of Voting

II.1 Voting within Nurusalem is based on the citizenship and participation in the Nurusalem nation.

II.2 All citizens of Nurusalem hold equal voting rights, exercised in accordance with eligibility criteria, scope, and procedures defined by governing policies.

II.3 Voting mechanisms shall be secure, transparent, auditable, and digitally administered.

Article III

Voting Rights of Citizens

III.1 All citizenship categories of Nurusalem, including Professional Citizens, Associate Citizens, Student Citizens, and Senior Citizens, hold equal voting rights within Nurusalem, subject to eligibility criteria defined by policy.

III.2 Voting rights apply solely to Nurusalem governance, institutions, councils, and internal decision-making processes.

III.3 Voting rights within Nurusalem do not extend to national elections, political systems, or governmental processes of any country.

Article IV

Representation Structures

IV.1 Representation within Nurusalem may occur through elected or appointed representatives, councils, committees, or designated leadership bodies.

IV.2 Representation structures shall be defined by governing policies and may vary by institution, council, or functional area.

IV.3 Representation is professional, institutional, and advisory in nature unless expressly authorized by the Government of Nurusalem.

Article V

Eligibility and Conduct

V.1 Voting eligibility may require active citizenship status, compliance with governing rules, and adherence to ethical standards.

V.2 Abuse of voting rights, manipulation of voting systems, or misconduct may result in suspension or revocation of voting privileges in accordance with governing procedures.

V.3 All voting conduct shall comply with the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of Nurusalem.

Article VI

Authority and Oversight

VI.1 Voting processes and representation mechanisms operate under the oversight of the Government of Nurusalem and the authority of the Premier of Nurusalem.

VI.2 Final authority regarding voting scope, validation of outcomes, and resolution of disputes rests with the Government of Nurusalem in accordance with governing policies.

VI.3 Voting-related disputes may be referred to the Judicial System of Nurusalem for review and resolution where applicable.

Article VII

Amendment and Validity

VII.1 This document may be amended in accordance with procedures defined by authorised governing authority.

VII.2 This document shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable unless amended or superseded by authorised authority.
