I.1 This document provides an official overview of the Nurusalem Professional Passport, issued by the Government of Nurusalem.
I.2 The Professional Passport derives its authority from the Charter of Nurusalem, the Constitution of Nurusalem, the Citizenship Framework of Nurusalem, and the NCID Policy of Nurusalem.
I.3 This document defines the nature, scope, limitations, and permitted use of the Professional Passport.
II.1 The Nurusalem Professional Passport is a national professional passport of Nurusalem (UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem), issued by the Government of Nurusalem for professional purposes only.
II.2 The Professional Passport is not a travel document, visa, immigration document, or proof of nationality.
II.3 The Professional Passport is a professional credential and does not replace or supersede any government-issued passport, national identification, or legal identity document of any country.
III.1 The Professional Passport may be issued to eligible citizens of Nurusalem by the Government of Nurusalem, in accordance with governing policies and verification standards.
III.2 Eligibility may depend on citizenship category, professional status, credential verification, and compliance with Nurusalem requirements.
III.3 Detailed eligibility criteria shall be established, reviewed, and updated through authorised policy.
IV.1 The Professional Passport may be used for professional identification and credential presentation within authorized contexts.
IV.2 It may support professional recognition, verification, and visibility within Nurusalem systems and with recognized partner institutions.
IV.3 Use of the Professional Passport is strictly limited to professional, institutional, and non-governmental purposes.
V.1 The Professional Passport may be linked to the Nurusalem Citizen Identification (NCID).
V.2 Where applicable, the Professional Passport may reference the Nurusalem Registry for professional verification purposes.
V.3 Access to registry information and verification processes shall be governed by applicable Registry and NCID policies.
VI.1 The Professional Passport issued only in physical form by the Government of Nurusalem.
VI.2 The design, format, validity period, security features, and issuance procedures shall be determined by authorized administrative rules of the Government of Nurusalem.
VI.3 The Professional Passport shall clearly state its non-travel and non-governmental nature.
VII.1 External institutions, employers, or organizations may recognizes the Professional Passport for professional verification purposes, subject to formal agreements.
VII.2 Such recognition does not imply governmental, diplomatic, regulatory, or legal recognition of Nurusalem or UNN.
VII.3 The Government of Nurusalem bears no responsibility for decisions or actions taken by external entities based on the use or recognition of the Professional Passport.
VIII.1 The Professional Passport shall not be used or presented as a travel document, visa, immigration credential, or proof of legal identity.
VIII.2 Misrepresentation, fraudulent use, alteration, or misuse of the Professional Passport is strictly prohibited.
VIII.3 Violations may result in suspension, revocation, disciplinary action, or loss of associated privileges in accordance with governing procedures.
IX.1 This Professional Passport Overview may be amended in accordance with established governing procedures.
IX.2 This document shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable unless amended or superseded by authorised policy.
