I.1 This Policy establishes the framework governing the Nurusalem Citizen Identification (NCID) system of UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem, hereinafter referred to as Nurusalem.
I.2 This Policy derives its authority from the Charter of Nurusalem, the Constitution of Nurusalem, and the Citizenship Framework of Nurusalem.
I.3 NCID is the national identification system designed for verification, recognition, and controlled access to authorized Nurusalem services and platforms.
II.1 NCID (Nurusalem Citizen Identification) is an official national identification issued by Nurusalem for internal use within the UNN – United Nurses of Nurusalem system.
II.2 NCID does not replace any other nationality, residency, legal identity, or government issued identification under the laws of any sovereign state or jurisdiction.
II.3 NCID is not a travel document and does not replace national passports, visas, or immigration documents.
III.1 NCID may be issued to approved citizens of Nurusalem in accordance with eligibility criteria and verification requirements defined by governing policy.
III.2 NCID may be issued in digital form and, where applicable, in physical form.
III.3 The issuance, renewal, suspension, and revocation of NCID shall be governed by administrative rules and procedures approved by the Government of Nurusalem.
IV.1 Each NCID shall carry a unique identification number assigned by Nurusalem.
IV.2 The NCID number may be linked to the official Nurusalem Registry for professional verification and validation purposes.
IV.3 Access to registry data and verification protocols shall be governed by registry policies and data protection rules.
V.1 NCID may be used for national verification within authorized Nurusalem systems, institutions, and digital platforms.
V.2 NCID may be used to access approved Nurusalem services, benefits, programmes, and platforms, subject to eligibility.
V.3 Use of NCID for unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
VI.1 NCID data shall be collected, stored, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable data protection principles and internal policies.
VI.2 Access to NCID data shall be limited to authorized systems, processes, and personnel.
VI.3 Misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or exploitation of NCID data constitutes a serious policy violation.
VII.1 NCID shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified by policy.
VII.2 NCID may be renewed upon continued eligibility, compliance with governing requirements, and successful verification.
VII.3 NCID may be suspended or revoked in cases of policy breach, misconduct, misrepresentation, or loss of eligibility.
VIII.1 NCID may be recognized by partner institutions or external entities for professional verification purposes, subject to formal agreements.
VIII.2 Recognition of NCID by external entities does not imply governmental recognition, legal authority, or state endorsement.
VIII.3 Nurusalem bears no responsibility for decisions made by external entities based on NCID verification or use.
IX.1 Misrepresentation, falsification, unauthorized alteration, or misuse of NCID is prohibited.
IX.2 Violations of this Policy may result in suspension, revocation of NCID, disciplinary action, or further measures in accordance with governing procedures.
X.1 This Policy may be amended in accordance with established governing procedures.
X.2 This Policy shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable unless amended or superseded by constitutional authority.
