Categories of Citizenship

Associate Citizen

Additional citizenship categories may be introduced, modified, or refined in the future by decision of the Government of Nurusalem acting through the Premier.

Citizenship Verification

Every approved citizen is issued a unique NCID (Nurusalem Citizen Identification) confirming professional status within Nurusalem. NCID enables access to official portals, services, and digital benefits.

New citizens receive:
• Full Access to Citizen Platform
• Digital NCID
• Digital Citizenship Certificate 

Citizenship status is permanent unless voluntarily withdrawn or revoked due to serious ethical or professional misconduct. Digital NCID Card is valid for two years and must be renewed to maintain access to active services. All records are securely managed under Nurusalem’s digital governance and data protection framework.


How to Apply

Citizenship applications can submit through www.nurusalem.org. Applicants must provide valid professional or educational documentation corresponding to their citizenship category. Once verified and approved, applicants receive official confirmation, Digital NCID card, and a Citizenship Certificate. Citizenship remains valid for life, subject to compliance with ethical and professional standards, while NCID card require periodic renewal in every 2 years.

The image represents a sample Nurusalem Citizenship Identification Card issued to Citizens of Nurusalem – The United Nurses of Nurusalem (UNN). The card is a digital national identification created to recogzise and connect nurses within Nurusalem. It does not replace national identity documents, passports, or government issued IDs, and it holds no legal validity outside Nurusalem’s systems. The Nurusalem Citizenship ID is primarily issued in digital format for secure access and verification within Nurusalem platforms and services. A physical card may be provided upon request, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Nurusalem Citizenship Certificate

The image represents a sample Nurusalem Citizenship Certificate issued to citizens of Nurusalem – The United Nurses of Nurusalem (UNN). It does not replace or confer any national citizenship, passport, immigration status, or government issued legal status. The certificate is issued in digital format as the primary record of citizenship. A physical certificate may be provided upon request, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Nurusalem Professional Passport

The image represents a sample Nurusalem Professional Passport issued by the Government of Nurusalem to eligible citizens of Nurusalem – United Nurses of Nurusalem (UNN). The Professional Passport is a physical document used for identification and professional verification within the Nurusalem and with authorized partner institutions.

The Professional Passport is not issued automatically with citizenship and requires a separate application and approval in accordance with Government of Nurusalem guidelines and rules. It is not a travel document, visa, or immigration document, and it does not represent any other nation’s citizenship or passport. This passport is a professional credential only and may be used solely for professional purposes.
